The Pullman Pattaya Aisawan Hotel called it a “Sexy Splash” party but more than 100 enthusiastic guests called it a “chic happy hour.” The Beach Club soirée–a regular Friday bash from 4 to 9 PM–featured chilled margaritas, hot music and dancing, and sizzling swimwear.
